Roger is an experienced litigator and business lawyer. Prior to entering private practice, Roger Rozek was inside counsel for technology companies providing software automation and network security. As inside counsel, he combined his technical background as a chemical engineer with his legal and project development background.

Roger provides representation and counsel regarding employment and ERISA litigation. He is experienced with wage and hour disputes, ERISA benefit and fiduciary claims, and employment discrimination.
